Roles and Access Levels

The following roles are defined, each with specific access and permissions:

1. System Administrator

Access Level: Unrestricted

• Permissions:
  • Assign and modify access levels for all roles.
  • Configure security settings.
  • Monitor activity logs and handle security incidents.

Security Administrator

Access Level: high

• Assign groups

2. Leadership

Access Level: Moderate

• Permissions:
  • Assign tasks and comments
  • Create and edit content
  • View all non-private pages
  • Share pages with external users

3. Student

Access Level: Moderate

• Permissions:
  • Create and edit content
  • View all non-private pages
  • Share pages with external users

4. Guest

Access Level: Minimal

• Permissions:
  • View only shared pages
  • No editing, commenting, or sharing
